New hairs!

So I randomly cut my hair today.

I say randomly because I called to schedule my appointment at 3p, and they just happened to have an opening at 4p so I took it!

I was giddy with excitement.

I decided to try out a new salon in Detroit: Curl Up & Dye. It's so cute! And I have decided that it is now my salon of choice. The owner, who's name happens to also be Jennifer, is a Detroit Roller Derby girl so her awesome style and personality are overflowing in the establishment. It's awesome.

I have drove past it a few months back when it opened but never got the nerve to go in. I'm so glad I did today.

Of coarse I couldn't leave the salon without purchasing a new product for the new hairs.

The salon is all natural (right up my alley!) so they are featuring the new line MOP (Modern Organic Products) which does amazing things and smells so fresh that I still can't stop smelling my hairs. Boys will love it ;)

Anyways, just had to share because for the first time in a long time I am overly excited about my cut. Next Tuesday I'm going in for a coloring. I was going to do it today but didn't have the time. So next Tuesday I'll share my exciting new hair color! I haven't decided which end of the spectrum I'm going to go so you'll just have to wait and see...

Oh what a happy day :)
