I have a turtle.
His name is Speedy and he is my one and only pet.
He's big and fat and super fun.
Not to mention fast, which is why I named him Speedy (as well as copying off the TY beanie babies).

I've had Speedy since I was about 10 years old.
I let him out sometimes in the summertime to run around on the grass.
When I got him he was the size of a quarter.
Now he is larger than both my hands put together.
Yeah, he's ultra cool.

Mayra - From what I know they live for like 20, maybe 30, years. HaHa. I think I'll be close to 40 when that day comes.

We have a hedgehog - I got to pick out his name: Boris. He's grumpy, but still adorable, even though I barely see him because he's nocturnal.
Aww, cute! I had a little quarter-sized turtle when I was little but I couldn't get him to eat much so the poor little guy didn't make it :(

i had a turtle exactly like speedy! his name was floyd. i got him in 7th grade and had him through college but i released him once i graduated. so fun!
Speedy is super super cute, I love your pictures of him! I used to have rabbits and my dad had a giant tortoise, this reminds me of him!

i have a turtle also. i've had it since i was in the 5th grade, except he hasn't grown, he's still super tiny! my dad adopted it when i got tired of it, and named him 'larry'
haha i have no clue why my turtle doesn't grow, it's rather strange...maybe he's a 'runt' haha...and the past couple days there has been a pretty good size turtle hanging out in my yard! too funny.
